The Rowdydow checkout allows you choose from four Royal Mail services. The prices reflected are accurately calculated from the weight of the basket and packaging costs.

We only ship to the United Kingdom.

Every item on Rowdydow is in stock and ready to order; we remove out of stock items until we get them back in. This means that your order will always be posted within 24 hours. In most cases, if you order before midnight your items will be sent out the next morning. We aim to post items ordered by 3pm the same day; this is not guaranteed, but your order will definitely be posted the next morning. If you desperately need an item posted ASAP please email or phone for confirmation; we're usually more than happy to make an emergency trip to the Post Office for you.

Items sent First Class Recorded and Special Delivery require a signature upon delivery. It's worth noting that the vast majority of our stock is too big to fit through a letterbox anyway. We do not require you to have items sent to your billing address, so it is possible to have your order delivered to work or somewhere else useful; but additional security checks may be involved in unusually large orders and anything else suspicious.

Rowdydow may occasionally add Recorded Delivery to your order, at our cost, even if you have not selected it. This could be for many reasons but most often is because the order is particularly delicate or high value. You will always be notified if this has happened.

The advertised delivery times are quoted from Royal Mail and are in no way guaranteed. In the event of a postal strike we will offer the use of a courier.

If an item appears to have been lost please contact us ASAP; Royal Mail's procedures for dealing with this are quite long-winded! If an item arrives damaged please, again, let us know ASAP. If you have a chance to photograph the damage (including any to the packaging) that would be immensely useful. In most cases we will, stock depending, send out a replacement and then chase up Royal Mail afterwards.

Rowdydow is based in Bournemouth, Dorset. If it is convenient you may opt to collect your order for zero postage cost. Rowdydow is located at 8-9 The Triangle in the town centre; up by the library and Tesco. Please note you cannot order and immediately come and collect; someone will contact you as soon as possible to let you know when your order will be ready. Steve (who runs Rowdydow) often has all manner of errands to run during the day so you will be given times when it is best for you to come up.

You still need to pay with your card on the website, and please be aware that Rowdydow's insurance doesn't cover customers in the premises; so don't expect a guided tour!

If you need your order immediately then this might be the option for you. You will be given an precise delivery time before payment is taken, but this service is usually same day with delivery in the early evening. There is not a fixed cost for this service as it depends on a lot of variables but: delivery to Bournemouth town centre addresses is usually about £3, Boscombe, Wallisdown, Charminster and Winton £5 and Poole £7. These are only rough prices which will hopefully give you an idea. If you are outside the local area but don't mind paying a premium, it is still worth contacting us to see if we can make it.

To arrange same day delivery please contact Rowdydow by email (we can check this on the move) and include your phone number and address. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a price and special code which will add the precise delivery price to your basket allowing you to pay as normal.

If something goes wrong and we are not able to get the item to you at the allotted time: the price you paid for the delivery will be refunded and a free redelivery offered. If you are not in at the allotted time we will redeliver for free at our discretion. Please note that you still need to pay with your card on the website; we do not accept cash on delivery.
