Payment

Payment must be completed before an order will be sent out. Rowdydow accepts all major credit cards and does so securely using industry standard technology and the services of Sagepay.

Payment is taken when the order is placed. All items on the website are in stock. In the unlikely event of an error causing an item to not be stocked; we will contact you and give you the option of waiting or a refund. It is possible to pay by cheque (made out to Rowdydow) or Paypal; we ask that you contact us first.

Delivery

Delivery charges are displayed on product pages, with a total displayed on checkout. Every product has been accurately weighed; this allows us to calculate the exact postage cost and not overcharge you.

We aim to send out all orders placed before 3pm on a working day on the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday are usually dispatched the same day but are often sent early on a Monday. Orders placed on a Sunday are sent out Monday morning.

Delivery times are quoted from the Royal Mail website and unfortunately we have no control over delays once the package has been dispatched. We will, however, make arrangements when there are postal strikes.

If your order arrives damaged please notify us as soon as possible. If possible it would be very handy if you could photograph the damage. If stock is available we will try and send out a replacement as soon as possible, as the Royal Mail complaints procedure can go on for a long time!

Cancellation

You are welcome to cancel an order any time after it has been placed to when it has been dispatched. Please send an email or phone us.

If an order has already been dispatched you may return it - with all products unopened - for a full refund minus postage charges.

Refunds

Due to the nature of cosmetics and hair dye - we can't offer refunds unless a product is unopened, damaged or we've sent you the incorrect item. This is for reasons of hygiene and reselling the item. We understand that buying colourful things online can be quite difficult, so if you receive a product and find it is incorrect without opening it (which is possible for many of our products) - you are welcome to return it. To return an item just phone or email us with your order number and what is wrong - and we'll give you a return authorisation. Please contact us for a return within seven days of receiving the order.

Facebook

Rowdydow makes use of a Facebook application for the simulator and some other functions. None of your Facebook information is saved and all actions give explicit notice of what the function will do.
